Return & Refund Policy
All products sold by Helena Neubert Visual Consulting are made to order or custom-produced and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery through the contact form on our website. This window exists due to the window offered by our craft partners who produce the items on demand. Please include photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Coachsulting & Visual Guidance Services All service-based purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Products Because our physical products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this right does not apply to custom or personalized products, which includes all of our made-to-order items.
