Physical products sold by Helena Neubert Visual Consulting are made to order by our craft partners and ship directly from their production facilities. Because we work with multiple partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages from different locations.

Shipping times vary by product and craft partner. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. For damaged or defective items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy https://helenaverse.co/policies/refund-policy for details.

Digital Products & Virtual Services

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Virtual services, including coachsulting and visual guidance sessions, are delivered remotely via video call. Delivery details and scheduling information will be communicated via email after purchase.
